How Can weight Loss Along With Cough Be Treated?

I have been losing weight rapidly with nil reason, I have been coughing up blood in phlegm when I have a bad coughing fit I vomit blood as well I have had endoscopy and Miri which shows nil my red and white blood cells keep going up and down and they said I was 1 percent off having a blood transfusion. I have had cancer previously

Rapid weight loss can be due to different possible causes, it is possible that is is not due to serious cause, but these would need to be ruled out
The endoscopy would have looked at the gastrointestinal tract but you need imaging of the chest as well, it is possible that the MRI looked at the chest, this was not stated.

In addition to imaging, you would benefit from some blood tests such as complete blood count and ESR (looks for inflammation in the body).
